We all have things we know and things we want to know then the things we don’t know. Knowing things isn’t everything and that’s not all that matters. Everyone has the ability to learn and gather more and more knowledge each day. We do it everyday, each and everyday all of us at least learn one thing. All that matters is that you are using the knowledge you have and apply it to your life and the world. Using what you know to live your life is what matters. For example, school. We learn at school to work on our future. Everything we learn at school, we can apply it to our life, our future. In math we learn to calculate numbers, which could help us in the future if we were to be a cashier. Math can help us in many ways, but none of us think it really is something that can help us in our future. Gaining and having knowledge isn't really useful unless you are making it useful. It's better to use it and apply to your life, and work on making a change and improving more and more. |

1/20/2016 0 Comments MOVE FORWARD“If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.” No matter what, you always have to move forward. Even if things get complicated and you can't handle it anymore, you still have to keep trying. If you fall, get back up and keep moving. There are so many open opportunities for you out there. You don't want to miss out on them because you never know when you're going to get that privilege again. Most people miss out on such great opportunities and that isn't what should be happening. We should be taking step forwards, opening doors to new things, experiencing something different. If you wait too long to try you'll miss it. That's why you always have to move forward because you are missing out on so much, then when you want to try it's not there for you anymore. Don't just sit there and let time pass by, letting your emotions get in your head, etc. Stand up and keep moving! There is so much for you. You just need to realize what you are missing out on. Don't waste too much time overthinking things. The more you move forward, the more you will succeed. When you move forward you become to get so many privileges that you'd never think you don't deserve, but you do. Drop all the things that are bothering you and just move forward. Don't be stuck on one chapter in your life because that is just ONE chapter. There are many more to read on, but you don't know what to expect if you don't keep going. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.” - Michael Jordan Life is hard. Nobody said it was easy. The sooner you accept that the easier things will become. Things come up all the time when you least expect it. Then there will be the things that you struggle with and that’s normal, but you can get through them. Sometimes you may feel like giving up? Letting it all go? Sometimes just ignoring all of your problems? That may be the case, but where does that really get you? How does that help you reach your goals and achievements in life? It doesn’t. It doesn't help you get to where you need to be, also doesn't help you succeed in life. When there are challenges put before you, you push through them! Don’t let them overcome you, you need to show yourself how dedicated you are and how badly you deserve to meet your set goals despite any sort of problems along the way. No matter what you always have to push through your problems, even if things get complicated because in the end it will all be worth it. The end results will turn out great if you just focus, and work through the thick and thin. You just have to BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. The more obstacles you overcome, the stronger you become. Don’t let anything interfere with what you are trying to accomplish. We all come across things that want us to give up, but giving up isn't always the answer. You just have to have confidence in yourself because when you have confidence you have courage. You should know that life isn't always going to easy. It's not going to be a stroll in the park. Things are going to be thrown at you, even when you least expect it. It will get difficult, but everyone has the strength to overcome them. You can take on anything. You just have to believe in yourself no matter what. Have faith, courage, confidence. Everything you need to be strong. 1/7/2016 0 Comments In the end, it all adds upBased on your daily routines and actions where do you expect to be in five years? Everything you do in the past and now reflects on where you want to go in the future. There are people who reached their goal and still building on it. They put out effort and tried their best to get where they want to be. Everyone wants to be successful. Some of us may not show it and act like we don't care, but everyone wants to be happy and successful. Things could and WILL get hard on the way, but that's life and we have to deal with it because not everything in this world comes easy. If you aren't trying and just go with the flow and let whatever happen, how do you expect to get to the top and be successful? Let's say you want to be a doctor in the future, you would need to go to school and take the courses that are required, but it's not all about the courses it's also about the actions you are doing to get there. If you aren't putting enough effort and really showing that you want it, you won't accomplish much. You have to think about how much effort you are putting in and actions that could impact on where you want to go. Everything adds up. Think about what you need to do to make sure you get to where you want. Make it a goal, and reach that goal. Once you reach that goal you will feel proud and you reached to the top and you can expand more and more and keep working on it. It will take a lot of time and effort, but in the end it all adds up and is worth it. 1/6/2016 0 Comments Is it really worth it?In life, we come across things that we love and never want to let go, but sometimes we have to. As much as they hurt us we will always find a way back. At some point, we will have to realize when is the right time to let go and just let everything be and continue on with the life you have now.
Don't stress over things that hurt you, just drop it and work on your future. They will hurt you over and over the more you go back to them and that's not worth it. For example, smoking. Smoking is an example of something that you could get addicted to and it is going to be a challenge to stop. You can try to quit, but then you slowly work your way back to it. For a week or two you stop smoking, but you can't resist so then slowly you sneak a smoke everyday and you are aware that it is hurting you inside. As much as you try to stop you never seem to be able to. Things will either work out as planned or not, but you need to be aware of when to walk away. It's never too late to fix things, but if things are meant to be they will be. Don't force something to happen. Just let it all come together and if it doesn't work out then it doesn't work out. We all make mistakes and choices we regret. At some point we will hurt someone in our life even if we don't mean to. We will even hurt ourselves at one point, just never want to admit it. It's okay to be afraid to let go. Just be aware if what you are doing is right and think about when is the right time because you don't want to be wasting time and effort on something/someone that is going to hurt you along the way. What is self- belief? What does it mean? It’s confidence in your own abilities. It’s the belief that you can achieve a set goal. The confidence that you will get to where you want to be. The more you believe in yourself, the more self-esteem and confidence you will have in yourself. Just believe that you can do it because you can if you really try and put effort. Self-belief is so important because if you don’t believe or have the confidence you can do it, you won’t even attempt or start to do what you need to do to achieve that goal. Yo always need to take on new challenges and give things a try even if you feel like you can't do it because you will never know unless you try it. But then when you do try, the self-doubts come in. Some of us who have self-doubts because we don’t believe that we can do it, for example, “Can I really do this?” or “I can’t risk failure”, etc. All of us could do whatever we desired if we really tried and put effort. Everyone has a set goal, somewhere they want to be, but do any of us really believe that we can do it? Everyone has their own insecurities. Not everyone is perfect and that’s okay. We shouldn’t let them destroy us because in the future they are what helps us rise. All those flaws and imperfections we have that is what can help us in the future. You can use them as an advantage, flip them into something good. Do not make them as an enemy to yourself. We shouldn’t be scared of them, or let them consume our lives, make them useful to yourself.
Insecurities do nothing but scare us, hold us back, rip us apart, but they could end up being our strengths. You just got to start trying to make them something that can help you in life. You will look back and think about how you made your insecurities an enemy to yourself, because what's the point? You just have to flip them into something that will be good to you. They will help you realize many new things and you will feel proud. Just think about it. It's better to make those flaws and imperfections into something that will bring you up, make you stronger, and help you in the future. Become unbreakable. 11/16/2015 0 Comments Think about the journeySometimes people have the idea that it’s better to rush into things and just get to where they want just like that, but sometimes you have to think about how you got there. It isn’t all about the destination, it’s about the journey. You have to think about how you got there. For example, when you go to college or university. You start at kindergarten then work your way to grade 12. You go to school all those years to work on your future. You start off learning the alphabet, shapes, how to write, etc. Then slowly you work your way to learning about math, science, french, etc. All of those things help you at some point in your life. In grade school, you learn to read, write out words, writing out letters, and all that has got you to where you are now. You can write essays, letters, biography, anything basically. Then there’s Highschool which gives the sign that it is time to think about your future and work to get where you wanna be. You choose the courses you want to learn what you need to learn to work towards your future. Let’s say you wanted to be some type of mechanic, you would choose an auto class or a mechanic class. You would go through challenges throughout that class and then at the end it’s worth it and you become successful, but you shouldn’t think about the end. Think about what you did, and what you had to go through to get to where you wanted. You went through ups and downs, situations that made you feel like you should give up, etc. You should think about those situations and everything that happened, and feel proud because in the end you became successful and got to your destination. 11/8/2015 0 Comments People come and go“People come and go. They’ll drift in and out of your life. Almost like characters in a favourite book. When you finally close the cover, the characters have told their story and you start up again with another book, complete with new characters and adventures. Then you find yourself focusing on the new ones, not the ones from the past” - Nicholas Sparks We all can’t decide who stays and who goes in our life. They decide themselves if they should stay or leave. If someone wants to walk away, let them. You shouldn't waste time chasing after people that want to walk out of your life. There is no point in putting so much effort and time on someone who wants to leave, because if they really cared they would stay. If they leave then maybe that’s a sign that they were irrelevant and they weren't meant to be in your life. You don’t need people like that in your life. The ones that stay are the ones that matter most. 10/29/2015 0 Comments Be that personHave you ever saw someone who looked like they were having a bad day and just needed something to cheer them up? Have you seen someone on the street asking for money, a job, or food? Well, wouldn’t you want to be that person to give a helping hand maybe even try to make that person smile, or try to do a small little deed to make someone's day. You may think doing just one little thing won’t mean much, but it’s the thought that counts, like when it’s Christmas day or your birthday you could get something small for your gift, but it’s the thought that counts. Little things can be/mean the biggest thing to someone. Giving a couple dollars, or even a meal to someone on the street could mean the whole world to them. It doesn't even take that much to make someone smile, just one little thing can change their whole day and maybe even yours. Be that someone who puts out the time to do a deed to make someone else happy. |
